About the Role

We are looking for a highly digital and visually strong Senior Art Director to join our global marketing team in Copenhagen. In this role, you are a key player in elevating Vipp’s creative output, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all platforms, audiences, and global key markets.
As Senior Art Director, you will lead the evolution of Vipp’s visual impact. You will lead concept development and drive creative excellence across brand, commercial and product communications, ensuring a cohesive, high-quality expression in everything from digital channels to physical touchpoints.
You will collaborate closely and serve as a bridge between marketing, sales, product, PR, and the content team to translate strategic goals into strong visual storytelling. The in-house content team consists of graphic designers, photographer, communication and campaign specialists, and interior designers. With a hands-on approach, you will lift and drive ideas from concept through execution together with the team - while continuously elevating creative quality and consistency across the brand.
Key Responsibilities to the role, but not limited to:
Brand & Visual Leadership
- Evolve Vipp’s creative output and visual universe across all platforms and brand touchpoints.
- Ensure creative excellence and visionary consistency throughout all campaigns, product launches, editorial storytelling, digital platforms, advertising, and experiences.
- Develop strong, insight-driven concepts aligned with brand and business objectives and translate ideas into clear and compelling visual narratives and deliverables.
- Lead and ensure full overview of all content productions and campaigns across films and stills.
Creative Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Guide and inspire a multidisciplinary creative content team, including graphic design, communication, social media, photography and interior design.
- Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to ensure high creative standards, and foster a collaborative and idea-driven environment for the whole team to grow.
- Partner with marketing, product, and commercial teams on campaigns, launches, and initiatives, and align creative output with the brand strategy and global customer experience.
Project Ownership & Innovation
- Oversee projects from concept to final execution across multiple channels, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest level of craft and detail.
- Continuously improve workflows, processes, and creative output, and evaluate performance and refine concepts based on insights and results.
- Stay current on AI, design trends, digital innovation, and cultural movements.
About You
- You bring 10+ years of experience from a creative role within lifestyle, design, or creative industries or agencies, with a proven track record of shaping strong brands.
- You have a highly developed aesthetic judgement and a strategic understanding of how to build, evolve, and elevate premium brand identities over time.
- You are a strong conceptual thinker and visual storyteller, able to define creative direction and lead ideas from insight to execution at the highest level.
- You possess a deep understanding of digital ecosystems and multi-channel brand experiences, and know how to create impact across platforms.
- You work in a structured and strategic way, balancing creative excellence with efficiency, and confidently managing complex projects and priorities.
- You are an experienced collaborator, capable of inspiring and guiding creative teams while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- You have a refined sensibility for design, interiors, and premium brand experiences, with a strong attention to detail and quality in everything you deliver.
