Job Description
At Bodylab, we are looking for an AI, SEO & Data Analyst to strengthen our E-commerce team and support our strategic ambition of becoming more data-driven, and more experimental across markets and channels. You will play a key role in developing our SEO performance, driving advanced analytics, and building internal expertise in AI tools and capabilities.
This role requires strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a structured approach to data and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the exploration and practical use of new AI tools across the marketing team
- Improve and optimize SEO performance across technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, and content insights
- Secure visibility and traffic from emerging generative AI search models reshaping customer behavior
- Build dashboards, models, and analytical tools that make data accessible across the organization
- Support the development of our tech stack, including identifying opportunities in advanced analytics (e.g., marketing mix modelling)
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Support a stronger test-and-learn culture through structured experimentation across channels and campaigns
- Contribute to evaluating and implementing new technologies to accelerate growth
- Monitor SEO trends, competitor performance, and best practices
- Various ad hoc tasks across marketing and e-commerce
What We're Looking For:
- Recently graduated data analyst/data scientist or 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in e-commerce and understanding of digital customer behavior
- Interest or experience in SEO/GEO (technical SEO, keyword research, optimization)
- Strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and modelling
- Skilled in SQL, Python, and/or R
- Experience with AI tools or strong motivation to develop advanced AI capabilities
- Structured, detail-oriented, and methodical in your approach
- Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into a hybrid SEO & data analytics role
