Job Overview
Responsible for owning and continuously developing the content plan, with the aim of creating engaging, shareable content that achieves broad reach and drives brand awareness through relevant, credibility-building storytelling.
Owns, improves, and maintains the content plan and produces high-quality content across all social media channels, with primary focus on Meta platforms.
Additionally responsible for influencer marketing, including planning, briefing, and day-to-day collaboration with influencers to maximize engagement and reach, as well as integrating influencer content into owned channels.
Monitors key performance metrics across social platforms, web traffic, and revenue impact, while staying up to date with trends and technical developments across key platforms and within influencer marketing.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Accountable for planning content for upcoming campaigns, product launches, and strategic content pillars.
- In collaboration with the Content Creator (and to some extent the Activation Manager, Art Director, and Copywriter), responsible for creating content across all digital media, including social media, newsletters, ads, YouTube, and the website.
- Co-responsible with the Content Creator for planning, creating, and participating in training videos used as content.
- Responsible for managing key profiles within TeamBodylab, including athletes and influencers.
- Responsible for identifying new profiles for TeamBodylab, developing posting plans, writing briefs, briefing profiles, and maintaining day-to-day contact.
- Responsible, in collaboration with the Activation Manager and Content Creator, for integrating influencer content into the overall content plan, including publishing and asset creation for social media channels and other digital touchpoints such as newsletters, ads, and the website.
- Co-responsible for influencer and ambassador activation for posts and product launches in collaboration with the Activation Manager.
- Responsible for staying up to date with the latest trends and technical developments, particularly within social media platforms.
- Responsible for staying current on influencer marketing best practices and effective integration with owned channels.
- Monitors and reports key campaign performance metrics to leadership, sharing learnings and best practices to continuously improve campaign and asset performance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Digital Content Manager and/or Social Media Manager.
- Previous experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
- Ability and interest in collecting and analysing data, tracking performance, and driving improvements.
- Strong interest in social media and influencer marketing, including trends and emerging opportunities across different platforms.
