The role
We are looking for a driven generalist to work directly with the founder across strategy, operations, and investor relations. You will be hands-on from day one, moving between analytical work and execution without friction.
You sit close to the CEO and M&A team and cover the work that keeps the business moving: board materials, commercial analysis, operational follow-through, and strategic projects. The role is broad by design. You handle whatever is most important, and you handle it quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare board materials, company decks, and support commercial processes end to end
- Build and maintain financial models, KPI trackers, and reporting packages
- Support commercial initiatives: market research, ad-hoc management assignments, and deal support
- Coordinate operational workflows across the team and ensure follow-through on key priorities
- Draft memos, one-pagers, and research summaries to support strategic decisions
Who you are
- 1 to 3 years of experience, ideally from top-tier consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a fast-moving startup
- Top-tier academic background
- Structured and reliable. You produce clean, accurate work without needing to be managed
- Comfortable moving between a spreadsheet and a board deck in the same day
- Copenhagen-based
