The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Contract Manager (Sales Manager) Denmark to work on architectural projects in the following fields: hospitality industry, luxury homes, condominium projects, retail projects, offices, etc.
Report directly to Contract Director and Chief of Sales.
Key responsibilities
- Business development and key account management activities: maintaining and developing direct relationships with key influencers in the selection of lighting on projects including but not limited to lighting designers and architects.
- Presentation of the product range and the different solutions.
- Launch of new products.
- Representation of the brand as a real "Brand Ambassador".
- Leading the contract team, consisting in one sales manager and one lighting designer.
- Managing and supervise daily operations of the subsidiaries in synergy with the Wholesales Manager and the Finance Manager.
Key Experience & Skills
- Passion for interior design and architecture.
- Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
- Experience in architectural projects and knowledge of architectural lighting would be highly regarded.
- Previous experience in sales and business development for luxury homeware or luxury goods would be a strong plus.
- Existing network within the interior design and architecture world.
- Strong business sense and customer oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to represent a luxury brand.
- Passion for working in team.
- Ability to travel extensively.
