The Opportunity
We are looking for a structured and service-minded Front Office Specialist to join our Contract Department located in Copehagen.
You will play a key role in ensuring the professional handling of customer inquiries, orders, and procurement activities related to our B2B clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers via phone and email.
- Process and follow up on customer orders from quotation to delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and warranty claims, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Manage the procurement of products and materials for projects and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate activities between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Create and maintain order and customer data in the ERP system, especially SAP.
- Ensure accurate documentation and administration of project-related activities.
- Contribute to the optimization of workflows and processes within the department.
Qualifications
- Experience in order processing, customer service, sales support, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to advise customers on products and solutions.
- Experience in handling complaints and warranty claims is an advantage.
- Good IT skills and experience working with ERP systems, especially SAP.
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
