About the role
We are looking for a structured and proactive Logistics & Operations Manager to ensure an efficient flow between sales, customers (B2B), warehouse and logistics partners. You will lead back-office activities, improve workflows, and support the front office and management with data and administrative excellence. This role is key to delivering order management, on-time delivery, and excellent wholesale support.
Primary responsibilities:
- Logistics & supply chain
- Oversee order fulfillment and delivery timelines
- Monitor stock levels and warehouse accuracy
- Manage 3PL, freight forwarders, and courier relationships
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments - B2B order management
- Manage and supervise daily back-office and logistics operations
- Process wholesale orders from entry to invoicing
- Coordinate reorders and backorders
- Support sales team, agents and key accounts with order updates
- Maintain customer master data - Back-office operations
- Oversee daily administrative workflow
- Align between sales, production, logistics, and finance
- Monitor KPIs (delivery performance, order accuracy, stock turns)
- Improve operational processes and systems
- Manage ERP platform (Traede)
About you
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and order management systems, preferably Traede.
- Skilled in Microsoft 365, mainly Excel.
- Experience with international logistics & incoterms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
