Your mission
JOE & THE JUICE is on an ambitious global growth trajectory - scaling toward 1,000+ bars, preparing for a US IPO, and building the infrastructure of a world-class public company. To get there, we’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded finance professional to join our Group FP&A team at our Global HQ in Copenhagen as Finance Business Partner to our Global Marketing & Commercial organization.
Reporting to the VP of Global FP&A, you’ll be fully dedicated to the Chief Marketing Officer and the global marketing team - embedding yourself in a creative, fast-moving organization and becoming the financial and commercial backbone that helps it operate with rigor, clarity, and focus. Anchored in finance but living inside marketing, you’ll be the financial voice that turns brand and commercial activity into sharp insight, robust investment decisions, and smarter strategy.
You’ll be the link between Global Marketing and regional leadership, with direct exposure to brand strategy, commercial planning, data engineering, and executive-level decision-making. This is a role for someone who knows that great brands create real commercial value - and who has the financial and strategic toolkit to prove it.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated finance business partner to the global marketing organization and trusted counsel to the CMO and their leadership team.
- Build and maintain financial frameworks that bring structure and commercial discipline without constraining the thinking that makes the brand exceptional.
- Drive scenario analysis and ROI frameworks that help marketing understand the financial impact of decisions and prioritize the initiatives with the strongest return.
- Transform complex data into actionable insight across brand and social engagement, campaign performance, store expansion, SEO, performance marketing, app, digital, and sales channels.
- Develop robust business cases that translate brand and campaign ambitions into clear financial logic and secure the investment to back them.
- Own financial reporting and storytelling for marketing: simple, consistent, data-driven, and fully aligned with regional leadership teams.
- Partner with marketing leadership to connect strategic plans to execution reality, tracking delivery against commercial objectives and surfacing risks early.
- Surface commercial risks and opportunities proactively, with supporting analysis and a clear point of view on what the business should do about them.
Who you are:
You move with equal confidence in a creative marketing room and in front of a panel of senior financial stakeholders - bringing rigor without rigidity, strategic thinking without losing sight of execution, and financial credibility without ego. You’re a trusted counsel, not a gatekeeper: you earn respect through the quality of your thinking and the generosity of your partnership, not through hierarchy.
You know when to build a framework and when to let thinking breathe, and you filter complexity down to the insights that actually move strategy forward. You’re a finisher who protects deadlines, manages competing priorities with discipline, and escalates early - and you thrive in ambiguity, building clarity and process where there was none.
What you bring:
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years in commercial finance, management consultancy, or similar - including at least one role partnering closely with a marketing, brand, or commercial team in a consumer-facing business.
- Experience with digital marketing channels and loyalty programs, and a solid grasp of customer acquisition mechanics.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with real strength in financial modelling, business-case construction, and executive-level presentation.
- A strong understanding of marketing ROI, campaign economics, and brand investment frameworks.
- Familiarity with SQL or experience working directly in data platforms such as Snowflake (an advantage).
- Familiarity with marketing measurement frameworks - attribution, incrementality, and investment trade-off analysis (a strong advantage).
- Fluency in English, and a base in Copenhagen or willingness to commute daily.
