Your mission
Own the financial reporting and statutory compliance for the Nordic region at JOE & THE JUICE. As our Financial Controller, Nordics, you will lead the month-end close, statutory reporting, and external audits - while acting as the go-to financial partner for both internal stakeholders and external authorities. Based at our Global HQ in Copenhagen, you will work closely with our Controlling, FSS, and FP&A teams to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our financial operations.

- Drive improvements to close processes - increasing accuracy and shortening cycle times
- Leverage technology to build scalable, efficient accounting operations and reporting processes
- Partner with FP&A, FSS, and Business Partners to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Serve as a trusted sparring partner to regional business leaders, translating numbers into actionable insights
