Senior Global Performance & Rewards Specialist

Your mission

As our Senior Global Performance & Rewards Specialist, you will play a key role in evolving and scaling our global performance and rewards frameworks. With strong foundations already in place, your focus will be on optimizing, simplifying, and strengthening how we manage performance, compensation, and rewards across our global organisation.

Working closely with the Global Head of Performance & Rewards, you will combine analytical strength with structured execution to ensure our frameworks are transparent, competitive, and aligned with business priorities. You will help translate complexity into clarity, enabling better decisions and a stronger, more scalable people setup.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the evolution and execution of global performance management and promotion frameworks
  • Contribute to maintaining and developing our global job architecture and leveling structure
  • Support the design and optimisation of compensation frameworks, including salary bands, bonus models, and incentives
  • Drive benchmarking, salary reviews, and internal equity analyses to ensure competitiveness and fairness
  • Support pay transparency and compliance initiatives across multiple markets4
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People teams on compensation planning and workforce insights
  • Leverage data and HR systems to generate insights, reporting, and decision support
  • Help translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership
  • Support communication and rollout of performance and rewards initiatives globally

What you bring

  • Experience working with performance management, compensation, or rewards in an international organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset (advanced Excel required)
  • Ability to structure complexity and build scalable frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across functions
  • Experience with job architecture or job evaluation methodologies is a plus
  • Fluency in English
